INTERNATIONAL

Full prepayment required.
Duties and taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs processing may cause delays.

RETURNS

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FOR ITEMS THAT ARRIVE DAMAGED OR INCORRECT.

Submit your return request within 48 HOURS of receiving the order.
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Exchanges depend on availability.

ORDERING

Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is processed immediately.
Orders cannot be cancelled, combined, or changed after dispatch, If you forgot an item, place a new order.

TRACKING

Tracking details are shared through WhatsApp / SMS after dispatch.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.
If no one is available at delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery.

REFUNDS

Refunds (if approved) are processed 5–7 BUSINESS DAYS after the return is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size (if in stock).
If the size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
